Established in 1996, Golden Bridge Property Management became a sister company to Golden Bridge with its purchase of the Peeres Building in 2002 and changed the name of the building to the ¡®Golden Bridge Building¡¯.

Golden Bridge Property Management provides office and property lease and rental services to Golden Bridge, In addition, it outsources property management services such as the maintenance of real estate, performance improvement and brokerage, advisory, discretionary services and management of property rental and sales. It is also continuously expanding its personnel support and administrative services to include HR and administration, finance and accounting, secretarial support and public relations in order to allow its client company to focus all its energies on its core competency - financial products and services.

Golden Bridge Property Management supports the client company to either withdraw or get back on track in a way that is as quick, economical, safe and convenient as possible. It provides total outsourcing of the common functions required at all stages of
  the company¡¯s life cycle and also during the M&A process. Finally in 2007, it was able to offer total outsourcing of all accompanying services through its integrated financial center.
