rep office in Ho Chi Minh City. It is the integrated financial center of Golden Bridge in Vietnam which collaborates with Golden Bridge Korea¡¯s Investment & Securities, Asset Management, Capital, Financial Advisory Service, Information & Communication and Property Management.
With 20 local management and staff, Golden Bridge Vietnam has established strategic alliances with not only central
government offices such as DATC, VCCI, SCIC, the central bank, the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Commission but also with the
regional governments of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. It is actively supporting improvements in the ownership structure and
corporate governance of Vietnamese state enterprises and banks through restructuring and asset sales. It also facilitates privatization,
JVs with Korean companies, registration on the Hanoi OTC market and sales of government ownership, listings on the Ho Chi Minh
